Financial Policies
Attention-MD New Jersey is a fee for service medical practice and does not participate with medical insurance plans. We are considered an out-of-network provider. This practice helps us maintain our low cost, accessible availability and allows us to spend the necessary time and energy to manage the concerns of each individual patient and family.
Medical service and test fee payment is expected on the day of service. For each office visit, our staff will provide you a standardized insurance claim form that you can easily submit to your insurance company for processing based on your specific plan.
Our medical services and testing fee charges are readily available upon request.
